Guys, this is the project by Diller and Scofidio as dscussed on Saturday. Some of the elements differ from our brief, however, the idea of a continuing connecting line (of mainly a function of circulation), and the historical recognition.

great what an excellent project..have u guys not used this any further??
it's a great idea..and i don't usually watch crime shows..or tv that much at all..but i think it was CSI or one of the many the other night..and the dead body was left in almost that exact area of the photo u show..
anyway made me realise how desolate places can be..and in places of high crime (well better these days) is a sad waste..
i hope u guys are still considering this feature..good stuff!
